Account Registration

Users cannot register accounts themselves. Accounts are created and managed by the IT staff of each school.

Intellectual Property

All content, interface, and features in the Application are owned by the development team or used from third parties with permission. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, or manipulate content without written permission.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent. Commercial use is prohibited without a special license.

Account Security

We recommend not sharing login credentials. We are not responsible for activities occurring due to credential leaks.

Permissions and Internship Rules (PKL)

• Use of the face recognition feature requires Parental/Guardian Consent for students under 18 years of age.
• Biometric data is stored only as encrypted vectors, not as raw images.
• Location is used only during attendance activities, not for passive tracking.

Termination

Accounts that violate our policies may be deleted or blocked without prior notice.

Analytics

The Application uses Firebase Analytics to monitor usage in an aggregated manner. Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through in-app notifications.
